The Virtual Flyer is a full service marketing provider focusing in the real estate business helping agents contact other agents. The Virtual Flyer aims to create a fluid communication line between agents. Clients coming to the website select their own package, complete the information requested, submit their order, and pay our services using your credit/debit card information using PAYPAL secure service, even without having a Paypal account. Through this process the client is authorizing The Virtual Flyer to distribute their flyer campaign via e-mail to others agents in the selected destination area. We will distribute your flyers via email to all other real estate agents who are part of our database. The distribution is secure and effective, However the delivery is not guarantee to all the agents registered in our database due to personal SPAM settings in some email accounts. Refunds: The Virtual Flyer does not give any refunds on flyers sent, approved, or waiting for approval. In other words, once we send you the preview of the flyer, no cancellations will be granted because we already worked in the images, text and layout to your specifications and prepared everything to send the flyer out. In case you do decide to cancel BEFORE we process your order, a full refund will be accredited back.
Fraudulent behavior: We reserve the right to contact the Florida Attorneys Office and take any other legal action for a credit card chargeback coming from an user who received our service and fraudulently requested a chargeback.  Also for that fraudulent act, we will do anything possible to be repaid back the original amount for the service provided plus interests and attorney fees.

TERMS of USE
Our service does not allow our Clients to post, edit or send from or to this website any unlawful materials that would violate any applicable law. Clients agree to only post, send, and receive messages and material that are proper for the real estate market using a correct language and manners. We will not tolerate abuse of any kind, and we will review preview each posting and cancel any material that is not adequate. Clients must own their own pictures/photos or graphics provided to The Virtual Flyer. We understand that any material that we receive is the intellectual property of each client. The Virtual Flyer will not be held responsible in the event of a claim though a third party where intellectual property has been used without proper consent and or authorization.
When a Client puts an order through the Virtual Flyer service, they shall commit and oblige to any claim for image usage. All the templates, layouts, graphics and designs that we use for our clients flyers are owned and designed by The Virtual Flyer. The distribution owns the design layout for its customers and will be the exclusive distributor of the customers' flyer. All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, buttons, images, layout and software, not supplied by the customer is the property of The Virtual Flyer and any reproduction or use is prohibited without the Virtual Flyer.com authorization.

SPAM E-MAIL COMPLIANCE
The Virtual Flyer provides a marketing communication tool to relate real estate agents via email announcing their property listings and some real estate related businesses. The Virtual Flyer is fully compliant under existing US laws.

> The Virtual Flyer is not anonymous, our address, email, contact information and it is a real company  Florida corporation own by local people in the South Florida.

> We agree with the NON-SPAM policy showing to our customers and receiving agents that they can unsubscribe from our data base or even contact us via email. The unsubscribe service is automatic and the email provided for un-subscription will be deleted from the system within 24 hours or next data update.

> The Virtual Flyer will not sell, distribute or share any personal or business information from current or past clients contained in our system. All the data required by The Virtual Flyer is for the exclusive use for the Flyers campaign.

> The information provided in our emails like subject and titles are not misleading, non-deceptive, and clearly descriptive of the contents of the campaign email, which is relevant to the recipient's business. The sender field of the email (From field) always contains the company name, www.TheVirtualFlyer.com or the Virtual Flyer e-mail address.

These terms of use may be modified at any time, without notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the terms of use on a regular basis to be aware of term of Use changes. If, for any reason, any part of this agreement is deemed legally improper, inapplicable or inoperative, the remainder shall remain legally proper, applicable and operable. The Virtual Flyer reserves the right to terminate a customer's access, or deny access to any or all services at any time, without notice, for any reason. The Virtual Flyer also reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable laws, regulation, or government request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information, in whole or part, in sole discretion and use our company logo or website on any material in the flyer as pictures and logos. All registered users and clients of The Virtual Flyer agree to receive flyers from other members using The Virtual Flyer.com service knowing about the anti-spam policy and the tool to unsubscribe from our service. The Virtual Flyer cannot be held responsible or accountable for any inconsistencies in The Virtual Flyer send deliverability due to personal email filters, business, offices or network filters, domain blocks and filters, or any other programs, software or configurations that may unexpectedly or knowingly limit email deliverability on the recipient end.
