Q: How are my listings being promoted?
A: Your listings are promoted via email. We send professionally designed flyers to local agents in the area of your choice. (see areas covered here)
 

 
Q: Can I send my listing to more than one area?
A: YES. Once the flyer is sent for the first time, then you have the option to re-send the same flyer to any other area available for only $35 (Standard & Premium packages). see coverage areas here
 

 
Q: Is it possible to send personal advertising using your service?
A: We only promote Real Estate listings and related services using high target emails from agents-2-agents. (Approval Required. Some restrictions apply)
 

 
Q: Are there any other fees involved?
A: NO. Our fees are based on a one time charge depending on the package of your selection. NO hidden fees, and the BEST flyer design and price in the market.
 

 
Q: What are the packages costs and how many times is sent out ?
A:  We have four (4) different packages as you can see below. The package of your selection is sent just one time to the destination area available in our coverage zone and depending on the flyer selected.

   ECONOMY 1 Photo flyer $50 (sent to 60,350 Agents in South Florida)
   PREMIUM 1-6 Photo Flyer for $70 (sent to 60,350 Agents in South Florida)
   FLYER RE-SEND for $35
   FLYER Custom/Business for $150

Q: How long will this process take?
A: That will depend of the package of your choice and your approval response time. Usually your flyer will be ready in less than 24 hours and mostly depend on customers response.
 

 
Q: I already have a Flyer; can I use your service to promote it?
A: YES. That will be considered as a Custom Flyer. The price is $150. We could add, delete or modify anything according to your needs. (Approval Required. Some restrictions apply)
 

 
Q: How can I send my property photos?
A: Once you are ready to purchase one of our exclusive packages, you will be able to upload your pictures thru the click of one button.
 

 
Q: Can I use the Flyer created by TVF in other websites, forums, paper,  etc?
A: NO. This action is illegal without specific authorization in written by The Virtual Flyer.  The virtual flyer owns the intellectual code, graphics, FLYER layout, colors and text, links and any other tool that we use to create the flyer. Site is protected by copyright and violators will be persecuted by the law. The Client owns the pictures and data posted.
 

 
Q: I already paid for a flyer but decided to cancel. Can I receive my money back?
A: The Virtual Flyer does not give any refunds on flyers sent, approved, or waiting for approval. In other words, once we send you the preview (WA) of the flyer, no cancellations will be granted. In case you do decide to cancel BEFORE we process your order, a full refund will be accredited back.
